Halloween Roll Call

Hi everyone,  I am getting ready today and it is halloween I have to get my bag packed for tomorrow and get things ready for the family. Tonight I will take the kids trick or treating and get things ready for them...My mother in law is coming tonight to take care of kids while I have surgery so I need to clean the house some what LOL... I hope everyone has a great day...Martha

Hi Martha - Looks like you have enough to keep you head busy today.  I'm so excited about your big day tomorrow.    That's nice that your mother in law can help out with the kids.  And when you get home, the kids can help you out!   Janet & Sandra are on my mind today too.  I may try to call later today, I just remember that day two was the rough one for me so I really want them to get there rest. I'm leaving for the day at 3:30 so I can get ready for the kiddos tonight.  I look forward to seeing them dressed up.  It's a real joy for me. I sure hope everyone has a blessed day! Christina

Hi Pam. Had a busy day at work, meetings and seeing my cutie hunk of a plastic surgeon!!  I wore my black lacy bra and black bikini panties. He looked a bit grisly today. I'm wondering if he's growing a beard? My plastic surgery was rescheduled now for November 24th, 2 days after Thanksgiving. Do you like my added avatar with the pole dancing??? Cute!! Hi everyone! Happy Halloween, and may the little ghosts and gobblins take all the temptations away.... I am here at work, starting my day, and I just wish friday would hurry up and get here.  I am getting so impatient, my paperwork is in process and it is driving me nuts.  Everytime I check the website I have a knot in my stomach that I will see the big DENIED on the authorization.  I know that I can appeal, but I truly don't have much fight left in me.  My DH is somewhat annoyed with me as I am consumed with this WLS thing morning, noon, and night. School is going good, this is the last week of my class so my final paper is due on Monday next week.  Then my next class will start next Tuesday, which is Project Management (boring), but I am almost done.  My projected grad date is December 2008. My DD broke her foot the other day is hobbling and whinning around on crutches.  She leaves this afternoon with a friend to drive to Alabama to visit the Alabama State University campus.  Her girlfriend got accepted there, and she is thinking about going there as well.  We will see.   Well, that is it so far....pretty dull and never enough things going on (lol)...

Good Morning Martha and all of Illinois! It looks like you have everything in place and will be ready to go soon.  Please don't let the nerves get to you.  You will be fine and it really is more of a discomfort than anything.  Just remember to take it slow afterwards and you will be fine.  Keep thinking of how much better you will feel by next Spring............and all the things that you will be able to do! Glad to hear that Janet and Sandra are dong well.  I will be thinking and praying for you, Martha tomorrow, and Marilyn on Monday. I am at work this morning, but waiting for my little Trick-or-Treater to come by.  Miss Riley is dressed as Little Red Riding Hood and her and Amber are on their way.  This is Riley's first year dressing up.  I have my camera ready!  I also brought in little snack bags of appropriate treats for her so she can trick-or-treat around the office.  I am SO excited! I am still trying to get my thoughts together for a 1 year post to my profile, but I seem to be too busy catching up from vacation to get it down.   I am wishing everyone a lovely (if chilly) day!

Good Morning Martha and Everyone also, I am gearing up to take my 2 yr old Cousin Trick or treating tonight also. She is going to be a dragon. We took her to Toys R Us Last night to get her costume and they sure were picked over big time.!!!!! We got her costume for 5 bucks.  I got candy that my DH will hand out. I got stuff I dont like so that is good!!!!! This is our first Halloween in Florida so I dont know what the traffic is here. I live in a sort of quiet neighborhood. I hope noone is freezing up there in Windy Land. anyone having surgery good luck Ill keep the bench warm and move over a spot. Carla 

Hi Everyone.  I am working through my anxiety today by getting things ready for the trick o treaters.  I have even washed my front picture window.  I haven't seen my grandchildren for a while they will be stopping by (although I did tell my daughters if anyone has colds send me a picture instead of a visit before my surger)...I felt bad but I am so taking care of myself.  Hope you have a great day and be blessed with the best!!!!!   Martha my dear tomorrow is your big day..hang in there sweetie.

Thank you Marilyn and everyone you have all been so sweet to me and right now I am doing pretty good went out and bought myself some new PJ's so if I have visitors at least I will look ok LOL.... I so appriciate all of you on here and all your much needed support.....

Great that you have a lot of things to keep you busy today.  It is a typical gloomy Halloween in Chicagoland and I am craving CANDY CORN!!!! I won't give in though cause I know it would make me so sick but boy I am having bad cravings today.  Funny though as a chocoholic I would like that I would be craving a Snickers or Hersey Bar but no I want the cheap stuff I want CANDY CORN! Happy Halloween!
